This particular private office is 171 sqft, tucked away on the North side of our second floor. Large windows bring in lots of natural light making the office space feel more open and welcoming. This special space used to be a second floor library. For that reason, there is a gracious amount of storage in this room with all the shelving along the walls. The office space is 214 sqft and, like private office 210, is located on the North side of the building. PRIVATE OFFICE 208
While all of our private offices can fit a small team, this particular space is one we highly recommend if you’re looking for a larger work space. Private office 208 is one of our second-level corner offices overlooking the new Ford on Bay site. With three large windows in this space, natural light is never an issue. This office is 178 sqft and has two large windows that allow sunlight to fill the room and it’s located on the East side of the building overlooking the Ford on Bay site. Private office 206 is currently available and comes with all the amenities (free fiber wifi, utilities, etc). Join the Downtown Duval Building family and become a part of a quickly developing area. The Downtown Duval Building is located less than a block from the St. Johns River and Main Street Bridge. When you rent from us, not only do you get amenities like free fiber wifi and utilities included in your rent, but you’re also within walking distance of many restaurants, banks, gas stations, etc. You never have to worry about not finding somewhere to eat or driving a long distance to the tax collector’s office. They’re all right around the corner!
One of the spaces in the Downtown Duval Building that is available is private office 205. The space is 182 sqft and is located on the south side of the building overlooking the private balcony and Hyatt. This space is currently occupied but by the same company that occupies 206 and 204. The rooms can be cleared out in a matter of hours if you (and your team) are ready to take on the heart of downtown JAX!
PRIVATE OFFICE 204
This office space is the second corner office we have available. This corner office overlooks the Ford on Bay site and our private balcony on the South side of the building. This room is also one of the larger rooms, at 208 sqft, that we recommend if there is a small team looking for an office space. This private office is the only one in the entire building to feature beautiful hardwood flooring. Currently, though, only one person occupies the room (so the space can accommodate various situations/needs). It’s the perfect space for anyone looking to be a part of an innovative community!
PRIVATE OFFICE 203
With any of our private offices, you’ll get your first month of rent for FREE when you sign a year lease. Office space 203 is $700 a month and 150 sqft of professional space. This space overlooks the private balcony on the South side of the building. All tenants have access to this private balcony and are granted privileges to use the common area, kitchen, private restrooms and large conference room. No need to worry about noisy neighbors.
