It can fit anywhere from one to four people comfortably. The scratch free floors making moving into the office a breeze. And, our favorite part, the natural light from the three windows makes this room so inviting and comfortable to work in. Here’s a few pictures, but we promise pictures don’t do the space justice! Schedule a virtual tour anytime.

Last Suite Available

If you feel you need more room and/or privacy we have a suite available on our second level. It includes a private common space (accessible by on you and your team) and two private offices. You also still receive the same amenities/benefits as the private offices! Again, pictures don’t do it justice but here’s a sneak peak. Read more about our available suite on our website.

Our City is Reopening and We Are Too

With so much going on in the world, many places are closing their doors. Permanently. But, our city is doing just the opposite. Our city, our Downtown Duval office, our neighborhood, our community is “coming back to life.” Restaurants have opened their doors, vacation rentals have resumed, so our office is following the movement.

You can now schedule walkthroughs of our private offices we have available. We can do in-person or virtual tours, whichever you’re comfortable with. We just ask if you do an in-person walkthrough to wear a mask and we will have to keep an acceptable distance throughout the tour to ensure safety.

Wether you’re looking for an office space because your company has shut its’ physical doors or you’re just bored from working at home, we are here for you. Working at home isn’t for everyone, and we know this! We thought it may be helpful to see some benefits of working at the office, too.

Benefits of Working at the Downtown Duval Office

  • Time Management: When working in an office environment, you learn better time management skills. There’s usually a certain time you have to be at the office, appropriate break time, and time to leave. Believe it or not, this makes us track time and dates better. I mean, how many of us have lost track of what day it was during quarantine? We did!
  • Social Skills: You might have children, a significant other, and/or a pet at home to talk to, but we all know it’s not the same as talking to people we don’t live with. The opportunity to make friends and improve communication skills, isn’t as easily done from inside your house. Not to mention, the office is the best place to network.
  • Creativity: For many of us, it is hard to think “outside of the box” when you’re “stuck in a box”. Seeing the same four walls, doing the same routine, and living a really repetitive lifestyle can limit creativity. What sparks/inspires creativity is seeing something new, unique, unusual, etc. We can come across something on our way to the office, at the office, or on our way home. But, being at home all the time really limits this opportunity.
  • Less Distractions: This is probably the first benefit we all think of. Wether it’s children screaming, dogs barking, movies playing, etc, home life can be very distracting. It’s hard to ignore little things more when being at home, because for many of us it used to not be a requirement. Home is supposed to be stress-free and care-free environment, let us help you keep it that way.

Read more benefits in an article on Forbes.

Home Should Be Home, Not Work

Just as there is separation of church and state, there should be separation of home life and work life. It’s beneficial for many of us mentally and for our families. That’s why we are opening up again to in-person walkthroughs. Trust us, we have an office space that will suit you and/or your team. We also allow you to decorate your space to feel cozy (a sense of home away from home). Call or email us today so we can get some time to meet on our calendars!

Jacksonville Office Space Ready for Clay County Population Growth

Clay County Prepares for Population Boom

Our downtown Jacksonville office space is always ready for change in our city, but is Clay County prepared for the population “boom” that’s coming? In the next decade, the growth of the Clay county population will increase by 46%. This translates to an influx of approximately 100,000 people!

As a result, the Florida Department of Transportation is spending $410 million to expand. Road projects alone will cost $130 million. To expand the system,  it will cost another $100 million.  However, these large expenses don’t worry the department. J.J. Harris told the Jacksonville Business Journal, “We know the growth is coming.”

Nocatee

Recently, first coast counties neighboring Duval have seen strong growth. Attraction to these counties came from the highly ranked school systems and generous amounts of land. But, vacant land is becoming more and more rare. On the other hand, Clay county has vacant land at affordable rates at the time being. Hence, why developers think the county will attract so many people to the area in the next ten years.

One company, The Parc Group, plans to take advantage of the vacant land before it’s all sold. In August, they purchased 3,241 acres of land in Clay county. They plan to turn the land into smaller communities. The company had success previously in Nocatee (border between St. John’s county and Duval), not too far from our home-base in downtown Jacksonville. Nocatee continues to be one of the nation’s ten fastest selling “master-planned communities” for seven years now. The Clay county commissioner says this emphasizes the confidence they have in the direction Clay county expects to go. The company plans to bring roughly 5,000 homes to the area. This will, hopefully, in turn attract more people, more businesses, hotels, restaurants, etc to the area.
