With so much going on in the world, many places are closing their doors. Permanently. But, our city is doing just the opposite. Our city, our Downtown Duval office, our neighborhood, our community is “coming back to life.” Restaurants have opened their doors, vacation rentals have resumed, so our office is following the movement.
You can now schedule walkthroughs of our private offices we have available. We can do in-person or virtual tours, whichever you’re comfortable with. We just ask if you do an in-person walkthrough to wear a mask and we will have to keep an acceptable distance throughout the tour to ensure safety.
Wether you’re looking for an office space because your company has shut its’ physical doors or you’re just bored from working at home, we are here for you. Working at home isn’t for everyone, and we know this! We thought it may be helpful to see some benefits of working at the office, too.
Benefits of Working at the Downtown Duval Office
- Time Management: When working in an office environment, you learn better time management skills. There’s usually a certain time you have to be at the office, appropriate break time, and time to leave. Believe it or not, this makes us track time and dates better. I mean, how many of us have lost track of what day it was during quarantine? We did!
- Social Skills: You might have children, a significant other, and/or a pet at home to talk to, but we all know it’s not the same as talking to people we don’t live with. The opportunity to make friends and improve communication skills, isn’t as easily done from inside your house. Not to mention, the office is the best place to network.
- Creativity: For many of us, it is hard to think “outside of the box” when you’re “stuck in a box”. Seeing the same four walls, doing the same routine, and living a really repetitive lifestyle can limit creativity. What sparks/inspires creativity is seeing something new, unique, unusual, etc. We can come across something on our way to the office, at the office, or on our way home. But, being at home all the time really limits this opportunity.
- Less Distractions: This is probably the first benefit we all think of. Wether it’s children screaming, dogs barking, movies playing, etc, home life can be very distracting. It’s hard to ignore little things more when being at home, because for many of us it used to not be a requirement. Home is supposed to be stress-free and care-free environment, let us help you keep it that way.

Home Should Be Home, Not Work
Just as there is separation of church and state, there should be separation of home life and work life. It’s beneficial for many of us mentally and for our families. That’s why we are opening up again to in-person walkthroughs. Trust us, we have an office space that will suit you and/or your team. We also allow you to decorate your space to feel cozy (a sense of home away from home). Call or email us today so we can get some time to meet on our calendars!
